Just tap on the music icon. Any media you have on it will

show up. If you never loaded any songs but have made purchases

at the iTunes Store, open the iTunes Store and on the bottom right

corner there should be three dots with "More" underneath them.

Tap that and tap purchased on the next screen. That lists all the songs

you have purchased and can download what ever you want.

If you never purchased any media from the iTunes Store, you will either

need to buy them or connect to a computer and backup/sync with the Music

content you have on that.

If you have never done that, you have a lot of work to do building a Music library.

One last note, to disable Apple Music completely, in Settings->Music, turn off show Apple Music.
