Shutting down again and again

My IMac is shutting down during the starting process again and again can anybody help me in this regard

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Have you blown the dust out lately?
