Built In Speakers missing in Sound-Output

Hi

I was using my MacBook Air last night and then f11 and f12 (sound tab to increase/decrease volume) were not functioning properly. There was hang time there. I restarted my Mac and then both tabs stopped working. I checked system preferences-sound-output but there was no Built in speaker available. I couldn’t hear any sound from my MacBook not even initial chime when we turn on it on.

Then I updated my Mac with macOS Catalina thinking that updation will bring the speakers back but didn’t work. Same problem of missing built in speakers persists and even headphones are not working.

Help Please! Thanks

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
