What will Ever Happen:

You iPhone has incompatible hardware for those iOS versions. It will fail over time, and become more obsolete. This will make it more vulnerable to failures and incompatible for updates. So, it's time to upgrade to a compatible iPhone when possible.

No, your iPhone is too old and it's hardware is too outdated for iOS 13 and 14.

If you want the current version of iOS, you need to upgrade to a newer iPhone model.
