Recently I have noticed that when using the Apple Music app on my Mac that in playlists created by Apple the artist name isn't displayed. Only the song title and album name are displayed. Has this been removed? It is very frustrating.
On my iPhone the artist name still displays.
I have attached a screenshot as an example:
Add the playlist to your library, and then choose the playlist from the column browser. Now the artist and album name should appear under the song title. For a user interface re-design, it's a clunky way to go about things. And what's more, it dispenses with an essential element of control over the music browsing experience.
Thanks for the tip, karjanjoh. But as you said, it's a less than ideal solution. I usually have no desire to save playlists made by someone else and would rather not clutter up my collection with playlists that I probably never listen to again.

There has been no official word from Apple, but several users have noticed this problem in the last few days, and it appears to be an intentional re-design of the user interface.
What a bizarre design decision! Where can we suggest this be changed back?
YES! This is a very odd decision. I don't like it. I presume there isn't a setting that can be tweaked?
