I've returned the iPhone sent to me but have not been refunded the $99 fee

I have returned the phone that was originally sent to me in order to repair my broken phone (which was then lost) but have not been refunded the $99 fee. I tacked my package and it said it had been received on September 21st. Please help Thank you

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. And that makes send because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get thorough :)
