How did a charge for iCloud get placed on my acct? I did not request 50gb of iCloud storage this morning. Sept 29, 2020

Today i see a .99 charge For 50gb iCloud storage. I have no idea who placed this. Though it’s nominal, my concern is who and how this charge order was placed. Please remove the offer. Thank you. I am not using iCloud.
