I wasn't aware that Apple had started shipping a 20W power adapter, but yes. Using a larger power adapter won't harm it and can be used for fast charging. See: Fast charge your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support

No problem. I think there is a 20W coming soon so I thought maybe I had missed something. Your 18W will work well.
