I can't update my iPadOS

I cannot update iOS13.7 I don't know what's wrong with the iPad but after I connect to the Wi-Fi and start Request updating and it's show estimating time remaining. Thx for help

You provide no indication as to your model of iPad - and it is unclear from your post whether you are attempting to update to iPadOS13.7 - or instead from iPadOS 13.7 to iPadOS14.
