iPhone 7 - Phone calls problem

Hello,

I am using iPhone 7 (iOS 14.0.1).

What is the Problem?

When I receive a phone call I don’t hear the ringtone (it is not on silent) and can't hear the caller and they can't hear me.

I tried to use the Speaker option and AirPod 2 and it didn’t cant hear anything.

I tried to use the sim card on another iPhone (iPhone 5) and it worked fine.

So I am guessing the problem is with the Cellular and my iPhone 7.

What it did not worked for me:

Normal phone calls.
WhatsApp calls (you need a sim card to make phone calls).

What it worked for me:

Voice Memos, it works fine (I can hear them).
Messenger (Facebook) calls, it works fine (I can hear them).
WhatsApp Video without a sim card, it works fine (I can hear and see them).
The Music works fine.
