how do i set a passcode in iOS 14

I'm trying to reset some iPhone XRs we have for our office. In iOS 14 the Face ID and Passcode isn't an option. How do I set up a passcode to unlock the phone in iOS 14?

Perhaps the have restrictions enabled by the company. Ask your IT admin/supervisor about that.
