how to go about bouncing audio from the sampler?

basically, i have loaded audio into the sampler and then done some pitch and modulation editing. is there any way to simply extract that new&edited audio region from the sampler? i feel like there is a method more practical than just playing out the whole midi note and then bouncing it to an audio region.

I only know the old-school way, bouncing the sampler audio, then importing the new file into the sampler again.

However, there is a way to automate the process, which is very convenient when creating many files.
