Apple should provide 15 GB of iCloud storage for each device you have. Technology has increased and more space is needed for storing this information. Apple has not increased the (free) 5 GB iCloud since it first provided this small amount.

Do you agree Apple should provide at least 15 GB of free storage for each Apple device a person has an iCloud account on?

These are volunteer user to user support forums. Nobody here has anything to do with Apple policy.

If you want Apple to be aware of your thoughts, use the feedback link -> https://www.apple.com/feedback/ (for your topic you could submit under any iOS/ipados or MacOS device).

I would also point out that the costs of providing 100’s of millions of users worldwide online storage is not trivial. It costs in the many, many billions of dollars (apple has reportedly invested over $10B in the hardware to provide that in the last several years alone).

Also note your post may be removed, as the TOU explicitly disallow use of the forums for polls.
