Strange swipe down screen on iPhone SE

Hello! Sometimes the screen like on image below is accidentally called. It's like swiping down, but I don't do swipes. It can occur both on the lock screen and when using the phone. It was on ios 13 and is now saved on ios 14. I couldn't find anything on this topic. What is it, bug or feature?)

That is a feature called Reachability.

On your iPhone SE 2020,  just double-tap (Don’t double-press) the home button to enter Reachability mode.

Reachability enables you to reach the top areas of your phone so that you can access the phone icons, buttons etc. all the while using one hand.
