I don’t know why my balance it’s $15. My balance have to be $25 because i redeemed $25 apple gift card

We can't help you with this. You need to contact iTunes Support for assistance. Use the Contact Support at the top of this page. I would wonder if you owed Apple $10 for something, like a subscription, which might have been deducted from the card when you redeemed it?
