I have a smart battery case for my iPhone 11 Pro, since ios14 came out it doesn’t charge the case anymore when the case is dead. As well this is my second case is anyone have the same issue?

Yes im having the same issue an I have to take the phone out an charge separately like the other guy said! I checked the cords and it’s not that also. It’s just happened since iOS 14 update but now 41.1 came out it’s better but I still have it turn off right in the middle of charging
Using a iPhone 7 here and have the same problem since I upgraded to iOS 14. Have to charge the smart battery case separately :(
