Iphone 6s DISABLED

Hi there,

my child was playing around with my phone and subsequently disabled the phone, the joys of parenthood.

I have tried a variety of methods I've seen online but no to avail.

Can someone please help me

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

the screen is now showing the message 'support.apple.com/iphone/restore', so went to this site and followed the instructions:

  • iPad with Home button, iPhone 6s or earlier, and iPod touch (6th generation) or earlier: Press and hold both the Side (or Top) button and the Home button until you see the Apple logo.

After doing so, the screen has returned to 'Iphone is disabled'
