There are support documents; manuals, instructions online.. and this:

• User Guide - MacBook/Pro (16-inch) Table of Contents - Apple Support

• Set up your Mac

• Learn about apps included with your Mac

• Use your MacBook Pro with iCloud and Continuity

• Learn about new macOS features

And if you bought from an Apple Store, they may have help

to show you how to set-up Mac and use basic software.
