My fan is spinning fast and machine is heating

my fan is spinning up even if only Finder is running. Crazy.

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)

latest. I think this happend after upgrsading to 10.15.7

More than Finder is running, there are background processes. Find out what is using CPU capacity:
