We see that you are having difficulties with getting your Touch ID feature to work properly. We would love to assist you with resolving this issue.


Check out this resource that provides guidance for this issue: If Touch ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad


If the issue still persists, try resetting the Touch ID. To complete this process follow these steps below:


  • Open Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > Finger > Delete


Once you are able to delete these fingerprints from the settings, follow the steps of this resource to set the Touch ID feature back up: Use Touch ID on iPhone and iPad
