An app called Webcam Settings Control: Full Camera Adjustment is available in the App Store. It controls brightness, color, etc. on cams, but will an app like this adjust the IMac internal cam?
I'm using Catalina. Not looking for zoom, but definitely for color adjustment.

Yes, it would work with the built-in iMac camera. But the reviews are not great. You would have to try it and see what you think; unfortunately there is no free trial version. I also used a similar app called Webcam Settings (different author); it was ok but definitely not all it was advertised to be.
