Apple Watch 4 update problems.

I am having problems updating my Apple Watch 4. I’v unpaired it and tried to update it. No luck. I tried shouting the watch and iPhone X off. It’s now saying during attempting to pair, no internet connection to update. My phones internet is fine. Iv tried internet data and phone data not difference. I can’t get into watch app to manually remove current update which one of your other discussions suggests.

Can someone help plz.
