I cannot add my debit card it is in my wallet but won’t allow me to add it to as a payment method

I am not able to add my debit card as a payment method. It is in my wallet already

Try going here - Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods also make sure your bank card matches the same region as your Apple ID
