Can anyone in Europe get allow news after it was removed following installation of iOS 14

i recently updated iPhone to iOS 14. Apple news disappeared in the process. It’s not available in App Store in Ireland. Any way I can get it back?

According to this list, Apple News or Apple News + apps are not available in Ireland:--> Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support
