Back up iCloud

I backed up my phone a few months ago and I reset it n tried getting everything bacc from when I had backed up my iPhone n it isn’t working

see if "it isn't working" is answered here If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support
