I would like to ask how can I number a page from a specific page and not from page one

If you plan to only suppress page numbering in the first page of the same section, then in Pages v10.1 (Mojave), or v10.2 (catalina), the Documents panel : Section tab has a Hide on first page of section selection in the Headers & Footers, and then the following pages in this section of your document would be numbered from 2.
If you planned to have several pages at the front of your document with custom (e.g. roman numerals), and then regular page numbers in the following pages of the next section, then you would insert a separate section at the beginning of your document. Number (or not) the pages of the first section as you please. When you select the second section's first page, you revisit the Document : Section panel, and disable Match Previous section, and set your page numbering to commence with your preferred number.
