I’ve noticed an orange dot on my screen each time I make a phone call; The dot is up near the location symbol, and has been there ever since I downloaded the IOS upgrade; Does anyone know what it means? Is someone listening to my phone calls?

The orange dot indicates that the microphone is on, which it must be to make a call. It is a new feature added with this update. Green dot means camera is active.
