Cannot connect to WiFi

I left my 2013 MacBook Pro to fully drain the battery. Now even with the WiFi sign on the top right corner I get the massage that WiFi is not available.

I will appreciate any feedback.

If you are using VPN software, you will need to work inside the VPN software to solve this problem.

To get a clean list of Networks and re-enter your password, use:

System preferences > networks > Wi-Fi > (advanced) ...

this shows a list of previously-joined networks.

Delete [-] each of them until there are none left on the list.

close the box and save changes.

Click on the Wi-Fi Icon on the menubar, and join the network you wish to use on a daily basis, and enter its password.

problem should be solved.
