Safari is a built-in app that cannot be deleted, but can be removed from the Home Screen. Here are some steps that may help.

  • Go to the App Library.
  • Tap the search field, then enter Safari to view the app.
  • Touch and hold the app icon, then tap Add to Home Screen.
