Can I download music files as AAC, AIFF or Apple Lossless from Apple Music? All the downloaded files from Apple Music are M4P. Maybe only files purchased from iTunes store can be downloaded as above file format? It seems to me M4P cannot be readible from Roon.

The file format for Apple Music is protected AAC. Music purchased from iTunes Store is unprotected AAC.
Protected tracks will not be playable on external apps such as Roon.
