Unable to backup

I am trying to upload my backup on iCloud but it gets stuck at 6.5mb out of 3gb and I have tried everything

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Stop the backup, restart the device, and try again.

Backup to iCloud failing Good day i am struggling to get a successful backup. i have 200gb iCloud of which 55gb has been used. I purchased more storage space yesterday. iCloud backup will not update How do I get iCloud to Finnish backup ? I keep getting an error, cannot complete backup. my storage is not full.
