Confused by 27" iMac and two hard drives

I just purchased a new 27" iMac, and due to some issue I format the iMac, and I noticed that there were two drives on the iMac:

  • Mac SSD, 28 GB, Flash Storage
  • Mac HD 1 TB, SATA Disk

I was told that the Flash Storage was for startup. But it's holding all of my files that I'm adding to the computer. Nothing is being saved on the 1TB HD, which was the point of getting a Mac with 1 TB.

How i can fixed the issue.

Thanks in advance!

You need to backup, refuse the drives, re-install macOS and then migrate your data from the backup.

If you do not have a backup? Then you need to make one first.
