My MacBook Pro charger stopped working for no reason and the new one I bought also stopped working can I get a new charger to replace my old one? Will apple replace it for free?

If they will replace it for free or not depends on the situation.

I would advice you to:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

They can go trough your options for how to resolve it.
