I lost my phone number

The phone number from this account ****@ gmail.com no longer belongs to me, is it possible to somehow restore the account,this is my account, this is my work mail ****@ gmail.com.Please help me.

If you cannot regain entry to your Apple ID account, you will have to consider account recovery - Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
