FRUSTRATED by blood oxygen app on my new Apple Watch 6

I am not able to use the blood oxygen feature as the app is not available to me??

Watch OS is 7.0.2

I use an iPhone 11 running iOS 14.0.1

I am located in the USA

I am over 18 years of age

When I search “blood oxygen” in the app store on my watch The Blood Oxygen app does not one of the options to download

What am I missing?

Set up Blood Oxygen

  1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone (iPhone 6s or later with iOS 14).
  2. Tap My Watch, tap Blood Oxygen, then turn on Blood Oxygen Measurements.
  3. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
  4. Tap Browse, tap Respiratory, then tap Blood Oxygen.
