So i logged out of my icloud and i forgot my password. I tried to reset the password but its asking for a phone number that i havent used in years and i dont remember. It wont let me change it can anyone help me here.

See if you can get an email option. For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
