How do I get rid of irritating new 'Would you still like to move it?' prompt when I delete a file?

Well this is annoying. I use Windows 10 and Macs and use iCloud Drive for document storage. Running iCloud for Windows v 11.4.12.0

As of a few days ago on Windows 10 when I try and delete a file I get this prompt (screenshot attached):

If you move file 'Temp.csv', it will be moved to this PC and will no longer be available in iCloud Drive on any of your devices. Would you still like to move it? [Yes/No]

E.g. If I delete a folder of say 100 files (of any type - Excel files, JPEGs, music etc.) I have to click 'Yes' 100 times. Surely, surely there is a way of turning off this prompt? Can't find it...

Windows, Windows 10
