I recently went into icloud attempting to restore pictures and videos from my IPhone 4 and while in the app on my iPad I was only able to find contacts... but I know I used my icloud...

Trying to get my photos/videos from my iPhone 4 and to view them on my iPad or my icloud..

Try -- If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support.
