I ordered a MacBook in the Atlanta but apple charged me more than USD INR exchange rate.

I ordered a Macbook which cost me 929 + 83(tax) = $ 1011 which should convert to INR 74,800 but I was charged INR 77,900 instead via my international debit card. Did not understand where were the hidden charges ? Please help.
