Downloading my iCloud information on to my new phone.

Is it possible to change my phone number on iCloud so I can retrieve my photos and directory of phone numbers

iPhone 12, iOS 14

What phone number are you referring to? There is no "phone number on iCloud" or are you referring to changing your trusted number associated with your Apple ID? Your phone number is associated and provided by your cellular network.

i had to change my phone number a few weeks ago because I was getting problem calls. That phone number was ***** . My new number is *****. If you could please replace my old number to my new number would be appreciated. My new number is now my trusted number thank you.

You can go to https://appleid.apple.com and change it there if you wish.
