I have Word on my iPhone and pc. My pictures from my phone all upload to iCloud, but I can't seem to download any documents from iCloud to my iPhone, I can't find an option for that. I must have been able to on an older iPhone since I see older documents there. I have iPhone 6splus. It is updated to the latest iOS 14.1 . I am pretty sure I have everything turned on correctly but obviously not. Anyone help me?
Do you have iCloud Drive turned on via Settings > Name > iCloud > iCloud Drive?
