hi sirs, my cousin died in an accident in lebanon and he have an iphone phone and his parents need to open his phone to take his photos for memories and archives but the phone is secured by his passcode & Touch ID, so how we can unlock the phone?
Please help us concerning this issue
their target is to reach his photos they don't need the phone

Because the priority of the family is the data (photographs) there is one possibility. If they can provide sufficient documentation to satisfy Apple the family member can try to get control of the Apple ID account.

If they can get sufficient documentation to satisfy Apple's policy then the family can check iCloud (www.icloud.com) on a computer to see if the photos are there. I do not know if this applies in your country though.
With the Apple ID account in their control the person's iPhone can be erased, but if the photographs do not exist in their iCloud and only exist in the iPhone they cannot be recovered without the screen code. However, if the relative though had an iCloud backup of their iPhone, this could be restored.
There is no way to know until the Apple ID is under their control.

If you are not the owner of the iPhone and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and
ooohhhh if the owner of an iPhone die, no one of his family can access the data of the phone ???
how it can be opened ? the owner die & take with him the code, the Touch ID, & the apple ID !!!!
So you confirm tat there is no solution
