I have ordered the new iPad Air on the 25th of October but they haven’t taken my money from my bank account and I don’t know if that’s normal or if they will take the money when it is ready to be shipped. Please let me know if that’s normal or not.

No, shipment delays seem to be normal these days considering pandemic circumstances.
