After updating my iPhone 11 to 14.1 I am getting 4000 error

updating my iPhone 11to 14.1.... as my phone has14.0.1 I am getting 4000 error,,, restarted both computer and phone still same error

That is an error between iTunes and Windows with the latest version of iTunes. As a workaround, you can temporarily remove your passcode on the iPhone, or you can disconnect from iTunes and update your iPhone from the phone itself, so long as you sufficient space and are connected to wi-fi.
