Why can’t I update my iphone
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12
If your signature is correct, and you do own iPhone 6, it hasn't received updates since iOS 12.4.8. That means it didn't update last year and it can't update this year. It is now too old, too under powered, no longer supported and not capable of running the lastest iOS 14.
If you need the newest iOS, then it's time to retire your over 6 year old phone and get a newer more modern iPhone.

To upgrade to iOS 14 you need an iPhone 6s or newer.
iPhones 6 or 6+ cannot support iOS versions beyond 12.4.8, because of hardware incompatibility.
