Try Resetting your Network Settings:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Reset
  4. Tap: Reset Network Settings
  5. Tap: Reset button

Clear your Temporary Internet Files:

See if you can delete temporary internet files (cookies and caches). Cookies keep a remembrance of how you interacted with the site (i.e. selected items), whereas caches keep an a remembrance of what a site last looked like (i.e. background colors), then last time you visited the site.

  1. Go Here: Settings
  2. Tap: Safari (scroll down)
  3. Tap: Clear History and Website Data (scroll down)
  4. Tap: Clear History and Data button in the popup window.
