When i put my iPhone (6s) on silent the haptic engines give strong feedback to say it's on silent but when generally using 3d touch the feedback is a lot more subtle, is there a way to make the haptic engines give stronger feedback when generally using 3d touch??

The haptic engine intensity is not one that can be user modified. Its functionality is built into the operating system.
