Magic Keyboard’s error. Arrows doesn’t move cursor, only highlights buttons.

I use an old Magic Keyboard with my Ipad Pro(9.7”). But after the latest update the keyboard arrows doesn’t want to move the cursor in a Pages document anymore. Instead this orange square moves around.

Only the letters write in the document, all other keys like arrow and delete affects what ever is in the orange square. So I’d delete the entire content if I hit delete in the screenshot right now.

This happen no matter if the Pencil is connected or not.

It also happens in normal text boxes, like the one I write in now. But I only have to type a few letters to make the arrow keys work correctly again.

I can’t find any settings for this, not even in the accessibility settings.

Have you made sure that Full Keyboard Access is turned OFF?
