Clear My balance

I can’t change my country account in app store , show me “ you have store credit ...”

but I have 0.65$ Only . So I can’t buy anything to clear my balance .

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
