I can’t get my free subscription to Apple TV to work. It expires tonight.

Read this guide: Apple TV+ - One Year Offer - Apple

In summary, it says to open the TV app on your new Apple device, and look for “Enjoy 1 Year Free” to start the signup process.

If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
